New cartoonist: Max Gustafson

Max Gustafson is a political cartoonist living in Sweden. He has been a cartoonist for 23 years, working with newspapers, magazines, organizations, political parties, public broadcasters, NGO's and Swedish unions. His cartoons are often used to illustrate issues in society that are complicated and needs to be communincated in an easy, humorous way, dealing with topics such as human rights, inequality, climate change, racism and human stupidity. Between December 2 and December 10, you can share your thoughts on press freedom with hashtag #digitalcartoonwall. Our cartoonists will take the best ideas and turn them into cartoons. The digital cartoon wall is part of the World Press Freedom Conference; you can find more information on our project page.

So how does it work? To illustrate, we have some examples from previous projects.
