TEDx Talk: Cartooning is the Art of Danger


On March 19, Iranian cartoonist Kianoush Ramezani gave a talk at TEDxHagueAcademy. The theme of the event was 'secure societies'; in his talk, Kianoush explains the situation for cartoonists in Iran, and why he decided to flee the country in 2009 and continue his work in exile. In his view, cartoonists are activists, and activist are indispensable in a secure society.
